L.A. County Sheriff’s Officials have been advised that Paris Hilton’s 45 day sentence will really be only 23 days because of overcrowding and good time/work time.

Paris HiltonActually, it is most likely that the court will modify the sentence on a Motion to Reconsider.

Hilton now is in the SB1176 Alcohol Program and has had her license reissued.
